Information we process

We process anonymous session identifiers, optional account or notification email addresses, uploaded CV files, profile URLs supplied by customers, payment and credit status, credit purchase and redemption records, generated reports, and limited technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How information is used

Information is used to provide the requested verification report, maintain account credit balances, send a completion notice when requested, prevent abuse, support customers, comply with law, and improve service reliability. We do not sell uploaded CV information.

Storage and deletion

Uploaded documents are stored in private storage and are intended to be automatically deleted within 30 days after report completion. Abandoned unpaid uploads are intended to be deleted within 24 hours. Account, payment, credit, and redemption records may be retained as needed to provide purchased credits, maintain transaction records, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. Customers may request deletion where applicable.

Service providers

CredVerity uses infrastructure and processing providers including Cloudflare, Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI, and a transactional email provider. Each provider processes limited information necessary for its role.
