Service description

CredVerity provides AI-assisted summaries of publicly available evidence relating to professional claims. Reports are informational, may contain errors or omissions, and are not official background checks.

Permitted use

You must have a lawful reason to submit a document and must not use the service to harass, discriminate, invade privacy, or make an automated consequential decision. You may not submit sensitive identity documents, medical records, criminal records, or financial account information.

No sole-basis decisions

A CredVerity report must not be the sole basis for hiring, termination, investment, credit, housing, insurance, admission, or another consequential decision. Material findings should be confirmed directly with the subject or authoritative source.

Payments and refunds

A single-report payment purchases one verification run. Volume-pack payments add service credits to the purchaser's CredVerity account, with one credit redeemable for one verification run. If a technical failure prevents report generation, CredVerity may restore the redeemed credit, retry the analysis, or issue a refund. Completed reports and redeemed credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Volume credits

Purchased credits never expire. Credits are tied to the account that purchased them, are non-transferable, cannot be resold, and have no cash value except where required by law. Promotional or complimentary credits may have separately disclosed conditions.
